Just two months ago I got my white belt in Tai Chi 🥋 and I felt like I was given an Olympic medal 🏅 I’ve been wanting to go all in on this practice for what seems like foreverrr but so much got in the way... mom duties, coaching calls, a pandemic 🤷🏽‍♀️ the one thing that stayed consistent was the desire to become that version of myself— tuned into my breath work, feeling grounded spiritually and physically, solid in self defense, balanced in energy and having unbreakable confidence in each step. 🧘🏽‍♀️ Sooo I took the leap. Because when it comes to becoming the most happiest, healthiest, abundant version of yourself— YOU are your bottom line. You get to decide what you prioritize as worthy of your time and let go what’s no longer serving you. ✌🏽 You get to write your life story that is b o l d and empowered. 💅🏽 You get to knock out your goals, set the pace, be committed in discipline and level of effort. Only YOU get to make that decision. It may not be easy... mom life is no joke and work will always fill up your schedule but the time you make to become a better version of you?
