Hypoglycemia

Hypoglycemia is abnormally low levels of blood sugar. It’s common in women especially during premenstrual cycle. Sugar and chocolate cravings are an indicator.

Nutrients: brewers yeast, garlic, pancreatin, B-complex, zinc, magnesium, manganese, Vitamin C, Vitamin E
